The location was perfect, as it was very close to the City Hall subway stop, making it convenient to reach many tourist attractions either by walking or by metro. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us with all our needs, even late at night. We were impressed by their patience and quick response. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a spacious room with plenty of storage and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave for our convenience.
